Welcome to the meditation St Gallen at the cemetery Feldli.
The meditation takes place twice a year (spring & autumn).

Zen Meditation: Take a deep breath and think the unthinkable. Sit comfortably and plunge into the depths of the depths!
Requirements
- small pillow for sitting meditation
- rain protection in bad weather
The meditation is carried out in all weather conditions. In bad weather we meet at the meeting point and then go to the covered courtyard.

Contemplation - Meditation St. Gallen
In order to see yourself, what kind of telescope or microscope are you going to use? Are you going to use a microscope to see your cells? Is that you? If you try to see the mountain, there are two ways to do it; you can climb the mountain and see every tree and every rock or you can look from far away. Do you really see the mountain either way. When you see the tree, do you have to feel every branch and leaf or just look? Where is the real tree? What are you going to say about the real tree?
Isn't reality really here? The Angel was called 'the Great Listener'. He understood sound in its whole. He is the Hearer of Voice itself. We all hear sounds, birds singing, the wind blowing, but what did this Angel perceive?
What do you perceive? Our ears are the same but he is a real listener, he really knows how to listen. Dogs have better ears than you do but we wouldn't say they are good listeners. Dogs see better than us but we wouldn't say that they perceive sight better than us. If you have a great question about reality and truthfulness, that is good because I can't tell you.
What you have to do is point the finger inside. You are the one who talks about these things, nobody else does. Sound itself, tree itself they never say this is real. Only you do. (zen master Myo Vong)
