Welcome to the open zen meditation Lucerne at the cemetery Friedental. The old crematorium is overlooking the cemetery and good place for meditation. Reexamine life and death so we can find the true self.
The meditation takes place twice a year (spring & autumn).

Zen Meditation: Take a deep breath and think the unthinkable. Sit comfortably and plunge into the depths of the depths!
Requirements
- small pillow for sitting meditation
- rain protection in bad weather
The meditation is carried out in all weather conditions. In bad weather we meet at the meeting point and then go to the covered courtyard.

Contemplation - Meditation Lucerne
When a mountain stream flows down a steep precipice and encounters a rock, does the water complain that the rock is impeding the flow? No, it just flows on. In your practice it is the same. Are you stuck? Good, because your power will grow bigger and be more effective than ever before and you will come to really appreciate yourselves.
When you talk, when you use your hand, your body, when you move, those things are not different from the Self-Nature. Those are not separate from Buddha-Nature. Just realize that your physical corpse, itself, is not separated from your own Self-Nature; no difference. Also do not be confused about the concept of sin because that is a secondary thing. Sin is not be confused with evil or devils. All the devils have ugly teeth, right? Actually beautiful devils are more dangerous than ugly devils.
All ordinary beings should realize that Self-Nature is just your own body, no difference. When you look at the flower or the duck, remember; did you really see them? Can you see? Did you really see? I have never talked about duck, Jesus has never talked about duck. All the scientists have never talked about duck. What they are talking about is 'did you really see the duck?' (Zen Patriarch Myo Vong)
