Before Meal

O God from whom we have everything

We praise you for your gifts.

You feed us because you love us

O bless also what you give us.

Amen.

After Meal

O God, praise and thanks be to you

For food and drink for all good things.

You have given and always want to give:

Our whole lives praise you.

Amen.
